Users can easily find nearby locations, explore the menu, and place their orders through the app. One of the key features is the ability to earn loyalty points, called Shore Points, on every purchase, including kids' meals and catering boxes. These points can be redeemed directly through the app or by scanning a QR code in-store. The app also allows users to create a MyMike's account, where they can join the email club, track their Shore Points, and enjoy other benefits.
Additional features include the option to use saved payment cards, view estimated order readiness, and add specific notes to the order.
